Apparently the surveilance tape that shows Lindsay Lohan heisting a necklace from a jewelry store has been seen by sources and TMZ is reporting that she wore the necklace around the store and talked to the owner blah, blah. I am not an expert but the bottom line is that she tried to wear the necklace out of the store regardless if she did it on purpose or not and I think a jury would love to send Lindsay Lohan and her pathetic famewhoring ass to the clink for a little bit so she won't be "absent minded" again.
