The D.A. in California has decided not to persue assault charges in the Lindsay Lohan Betty Ford battery case. They are saying there is "insufficient evidence". Of course the chick who got assaulted by LiLo (and I do believe she did it) immediately went to the press and sold her story and that is why there will be no criminal case more than likely. Anyway, LiLo should enjoy her freedom while she can because she will probably be going away for a long time. I will be on your side in this Lindsay. But the clock is ticking. #TeamLindsay!
