Michael Lohan was arrested the other day for domestic violence against his now ex girlfriend Kate Major and now he is talking to Radar (against Lindsay's wishes) and telling them that he plans to press charges against Kate Major. I am sure the judge will look at Michael's criminal record and LOL that he wants Kate to go to jail and I am sure that when this goes to court, Michael will be the one locked up. Not Kate. I have never been in a domestic violence dispute but I know from guys I have met over the years that when it is a mael vs. a female in a domestic violence case, the male always goes to jail for the incident. It is just the way the ball bounces.
