Over the past couple of days I have been hearing rumors and whatnot regarding the sale of the Lindsay Lohan surveilance tape that shows her walking out of a jeweler's wearing a necklace that could land her in the clink for six months. Here is a pic from the video but I don't think any media outlets have the full tape yet even though it is being reported that it sold for $35k. Oh yea, and the sale of the tape is raising hell for the prosecutor and kind of discredits the jeweler itself so Lindsay Lohan will probably walk and the judge may declare a mistrial. We will wait and see. It won't be long before Lindsay Lohan has another run in with the law.
