The chick who claims LiLo assaulted her, Dawn Holland, is saying that she will not press charges but the DA is now furthering their investigation into the incident. If anything was there I figure they would have already taken Lindsay Lohan into custody but the courts love Lindsay so no judge in California is gonna see Lindsay doing so well and take all that away from her cause she snapped the phone out of some bitches hand.
