She knew that she would have to get sober in the near future so she booked an appointment with her dentist to get her wisdom teeth pulled and therefore, get some killer drugs to go with it. That is why she has shit covering her cheeks cause she is all swollen up. This means she will test positive for drugs on her random drug testing but already got a pass from her probation officer for the meds she is going to have to take.
