Crossing the Blues
November 8 2006 Kevin Federline has filed for full
custody of his two sons Sean Preston Spears and Jayden
James Spears. Britney is going to battle for custody and of
course get it when they go to court in the following weeks.
He is also suing for spousal support and demanding Britney
pay his full court costs. He is very lucky Britney is even
allowing visitation rights. However Britney's airtight prenup
will not allow spousal support or support of KFed's other
two children or his other x wife.Kevin was heard saying
"You know I'm free, wanna dance with a pimp?" in
The House of Blues on November 9th just after filing
for custody. Courtwise, he may get court costs paid for,
Britney sprung the divorce petition in the middle of his
nationwide "tour" so he can argue these court appearances
are extremely inconvenient. KFed however, is not gone.
If permitted visitation rights he will continue to be in
magazines picking up the kids from Britneys home, he
will stay in the tabloids. Britney will have to move to
London to keep him away from her.If I were KFed,
I would take a chapter from the book of Saddam Hussein.
I would show up in Los Angeles County Superior Court
and say he cannot get a fair trial anywhere because he is
America's most hated. To attempt to get full custody of
the kids is ridiculous. HE could go for partial and probably
get it.Kfed in the meantime will continue to not sell albums.
