The impossible may have happened!

Looks like Aishwarya Rai and former boyfriend Salman Khan have patched up. Or at least come to a truce.

It all took place at the premiere of Baabul on December 6, when the film's cast, Salman, Amitabh Bachchan and Rani Mukerji, made a grand entry.

Ash -- who has made it a major point to avoid Sallu, films with him and all engagements the actor was attending, after they broke up four years ago -- surprise, surprise, looking very glam in black, came sweeping into the premiere.

The media nearly fell out of their chairs.

A source tells us there was a significant exchange of glances between Salman and Ash. Amitabh was standing by, probably as the broker of peace.

Salman was seen chatting with Amitabh and Abhishek Bachchan. Salman obviously gets along better with Abhishek than he did with Ash's previous beau, Vivek Oberoi!

Meanwhile, John Abraham, who also stars in Baabul, arrived at the premiere only after Salman made an exit. No doubt, there is no patch up on that front.

Storyline

'Babul' is the story of a father-in-law who goes against tradition to set a remarriage of his widowed daughter-in law. Amitabh Bachchan and Rani play the respective roles. Salman plays her husband who dies in an accident. John Abraham plays Rani's friend who wants to marry her after she is widowed.

The well-known Bollywood Casanova Salman Khan has latest on his block none other than Miss Universe 2006 Zuleyka Rivera.

Apparently Khan has enjoyed the pleasure of taking Miss Rivera for a ride on his Hayabusa bike all the way from Bandra to Goregaon in the wee hours of the night.

Well, since Miss Rivera wants to be an actor. She's surely on the right track.

The reigning Miss Universe finds India's Bollywood star Salman Khan "hot" and thinks he has "an amazing body," a news report said.

Zuleyka Rivera, a Puerto Rican, met the Indian star who gave her a ride on his motorbike in Mumbai, India's financial and entertainment capital. "Yeah, I met Salman Khan," the report quoted her as saying. "Well, he is hot for sure."

"He has an amazing body and a great sense of humor," said Rivera, who visited India to promote an AIDS awareness campaign. Rivera also said she has never been in love. "But I truly believe in it," she said. "Maybe I will soon find the one for me."

Rivera said the reality that she won the beauty crown in July has yet to sink in.

"I only feel like Miss Universe when people want to take my pictures," she said.

She also said she plans to become an actress "like Angelina Jolie, who is very good."

Rivera was taking part in the Miss Universe Foundation's campaign to promote AIDS awareness in India, which is pushing the message "Get Tested (for AIDS), It's in Fashion."

Salman Khan is one of the Bollywood actors who supported the campaign.

India, with 5.7 million infections, has the world's largest number of people living with HIV/AIDS. But its population of more than 1.2 billion means the prevalence rate remains low.
