It is being reported from Radar (which is to be taken with a heavy grain of salt) that Diana Ross, 67, will become the guardian of Michael Jackson's three children when MJ's mom kicks the bucket. I would imagine that Janet or one of his younger sisters would take over as guardian and that is more than likely what will happen.
